Where to find your receipt depends on where you purchased your CGX subscription:

• Using an iPhone or iPad when you bought your subscription? Follow the steps below for Apple.
• Using an Android phone or tablet when you bought your subscription? Follow the steps below for Google.

I bought my subscription from Apple

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in to the Apple ID you used to purchase your CGX subscription
3. A list of your recent purchases will appear
4. Look for the CGX app listed and select the order ID (located on the right) to see more details about the transaction:
   
   

I bought my subscription from Google

1. Go to pay.google.com
2. Sign in to your Google account
3. Select Activity
4. Look for the CGX app listed and select it to see more details about the transaction
5. Select Download tax invoice to access your receipt
