Start a program immediately
Dive into Day 1 of a program immediately by tapping the Let’s go! button.
Choose a date to start the program
You can schedule a date in your CGX calendar to start the program. To do this:
- Tap the calendar icon
- Pick a date that works for you on the calendar screen
- Select your preferred starting time
- Tap Done
All of the subsequent workouts will be scheduled into your CGX calendar automatically, including the rest days.
Recommended skill level
Each program provides a recommended skill level to give you an indication of whether it is appropriate for where you are in your fitness journey. Programs can be marked as suitable for beginners, intermediate / advanced for those who are at that level, or both if suitable for any skill level.
Types of exercise
Each program provides a list of exercise types to help you understand what sort of activities it will contain. This includes cardio / HIIT, mobility and stretching, warm-ups, and strength.
Tap on the ‘i’ icon to see more information about the program, including what equipment you’ll need, people who have participated in this program, and the comments area:
Each program indicates what, if any, equipment will be needed to complete the included workouts. This includes:
- Push-up bars
- Dip bars
- Stability ball
- Pull-up bar
- Rowing machine
People who participated
Each program shows a list of CGX community members who have participated in the program. When you take part in the program, your name will be added to this list!

At the bottom of the More Info area, you’ll find the Comment area. Here you can read thoughts and reflections left by other community members about this program.
Swipe to the left to read comments in sequence, or tap Write a comment to see the comment thread in full. From this screen you can also write your own comment. We encourage you to leave thoughtful feedback and advice that will help other members of the CGX community on their own fitness journeys! When posting, please keep our community standards in mind.

Add a program to your favourites
To add a program to your favourites, tap the heart icon at the top right corner. Programs added to your favourites will be displayed in the Home area for easy access.
