We get it; sometimes life gets in the way and you might need to reschedule. Here’s how to remove workouts from your calendar so you can fit them back in at another time.
Removing or rescheduling an individual workout
Go to the Home area of the app
In the Today section, tap See all
This week’s calendar will appear along the top. Tap on the day of the workout you want to reschedule.
Now tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
Tap Remove from calendar or Reschedule
If you tap Reschedule, you’ll be asked to choose a new date and time for the workout
Removing or rescheduling a program
Unfortunately, it isn’t currently possible to remove or reschedule an entire program at once. You will need to remove / reschedule each workout individually.
