Some people might see a blank ‘Select your subscription’ page when they try to play a workout, or access other premium content on the app:
If that's you, try these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Scroll down and tap on Google
- Are you seeing a message that says “Sign in to your Google Account”? This means your phone isn't currently signed in to a Google account, and for that reason, the CGX app can't tell that you have a paid subscription via Google.
To fix this:
- Tap Sign in to your Google Account
- Sign in to the Google account you would have purchased your CGX subscription through
- Now, try accessing the CGX app again (you might want to completely close it and reopen it)
