CGX was built with our community at heart, and we care deeply about providing a welcoming, inclusive and safe space where everyone can make progress on their fitness journey.
To help us protect that space, we ask everyone to follow these community standards when using CGX community features, including when posting comments or uploading a profile picture.
- Hostility towards other members
Treat other members with respect. Comments intended to mock, belittle, embarrass or put someone down are not permitted.
- Harassment or bullying
Do not target or repeatedly harass another member, encourage others to do so, or wish harm on someone.
- Hateful conduct
Comments that attack, demean or discriminate against someone based on characteristics such as their race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age or disability are not permitted.
- Medical or dietary advice
Do not ask other members for, or provide, individual medical or dietary advice. This includes diagnosing conditions or injuries, recommending medication or treatment, advising someone how to manage an injury, or prescribing eating plans. Please seek personalised medical or dietary advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
- Private information
Do not post personal contact information or request personal contact information from others. This includes phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses.
- Off-platform contact
Please keep community interactions within CGX. Do not ask members to contact you privately or encourage communication or groups outside CGX.
- Advertising or spam
Do not use CGX to advertise or promote products, services, other trainers, or unrelated content.
- Political, religious or irrelevant discussions
Please keep discussions relevant to CGX, fitness and the community. Political or religious debates, or unrelated conversations that derail a discussion, are not permitted.
- Violence, terrorism or extremism
Do not threaten or promote violence, terrorism, or extremism, encourage others to commit violent acts, or glorify violence.
- Child sexual exploitation
We have zero tolerance for any content relating to the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Suicide or self-harm
Do not promote or encourag suicide or self-harm.
- Sensitive content
Do not post or link to sexually explicit, excessively violent or gory content. Content depicting sexual violence or assault is also prohibited.
- Unlawful activity
Do not use CGX for unlawful purposes or to encourage, facilitate or promote illegal activity, including buying or selling illegal goods or services.
- Nudity or intimate content
Do not post, share or attempt to share intimate photos or videos of yourself or anyone else.
We may remove content that does not meet these community standards. Repeated or serious breaches may result in your access to community features being restricted, or your access to CGX being suspended or removed.
