I bought my subscription on an iPhone or iPad

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in to the Apple ID you used to purchase your CGX subscription
3. A list of your recent purchases will appear
4. Look for the CGX app listed and select the order ID (located on the right) to see more details about the transaction:

I bought my subscription on an Android device

1. Go to pay.google.com
2. Sign in to your Google account
3. Select Activity
4. Look for the CGX app listed and select it to see more details about the transaction
5. Select Download tax invoice to access your receipt

I bought my subscription on the CGX website

1. Go to the CGX website
2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner
3. Click into Settings
4. Now click into the Subscription tab
5. You’ll find your transaction history on this page
6. Click on the icon in the Receipts column to see the receipt for that payment
   
7. From that page, you can also download the invoice or receipt
