This depends on how you created your CGX profile.
Sign in with Apple
If you created a profile through your Apple ID, hit Log in > Sign in with Apple to log back in to your profile.
Sign in with Google
If you created a profile through your Google account, hit Log in > Sign in with Google to log back in to your profile.
Sign in with your email address
If you created a profile using your email address and a password, click Log in > Sign in with email > enter your email address and password to log back in to your profile.
Can’t remember your password? Don’t worry, you can reset it:
- Open CGX
- Click Log in
- (On the app, tap Sign in with email)
- Click Forgotten password
- Enter your email address and hit Request code
- You’ll receive an email containing a verification code (make sure to check your spam / junk folders)
- Enter this code into CGX
- You’ll then be prompted to reset your password
When I log in, it’s asking me to create a username
You might have tapped Sign up instead of Log in. You will only be asked to create a username if you're creating a brand new profile.
Go back and tap Log in instead.
