Home
Tap on the house icon at the bottom of the screen to go to the Home area:
Notifications
- You’ll see the notification bell in the top right corner
- Keep an eye out for important notifications: responses or reactions to your comments, or updates from Team CGX
Workout calendar
- You’ll find this next to the notification bell. Tap the icon to view a full-screen calendar.
- As you sign up for programs and assign workouts, your calendar will show you what's planned for you each day.
- If you haven’t assigned a workout to a given day yet, tap the Assign new workout button. This will bring you to the Discover area where you can browse for a workout and assign it to a day that works for you.
Workout timeline
- This is a quick way to check your planned workouts for the coming week
- Tap a date on the timeline to see a more detailed view of the workouts assigned to that day
Today
- The Today area will show you the workout or workouts you've scheduled for today
- If nothing's scheduled, tap Assign new workout to be taken to the Discover area where you can browse for a workout, assign it to today, and dive in!
Statistics
- This is your snapshot view of your activity, as well as your progress across workouts and progress tests
- You’ll also be able to see how long your week streak is
- More statistics, such as your step count, heart rate, and energy burned, can be displayed in this section if you choose to enable the Apple Health integration or the Google Fit integration
Favourites
- Quick access to your favourite workouts
- To see everything else you've favourited, tap See all
- To add something to your favourites, tap the heart icon at the top right corner of the screen – the heart will turn red to let you know that it's now in your favourites collection
- To remove something from your favourites, tap the heart icon again

Workout timeline
- This is a quick way to check your planned activities for the coming week
- Click on a date on the timeline to see a more detailed view of the workouts assigned to that day
Today
- The Today area displays the workout assigned to the current date
- If there’s nothing assigned, click Assign new workout to be taken to the Discover area where you can browse for an exercise, assign it to today, and dive in!
Statistics
- This is your snapshot view of your completed workouts and progress tests
- You’ll also see your current week streak here
- Click See all to go to your profile where you’ll also find your progress photos and your best progress test scores
Favourite workouts
- Quick access to the workouts you’ve marked as a favourite
- Click See all to see all of the content across CGX that you’ve added to your favourites, including programs, progress tests, form guides, meal ideas, and knowledge articles
- To favourite something, click on the heart icon at the top right corner of the screen
