Tap on the person icon at the bottom of the screen to go to the Profile area:
Statistics
This is where you’ll find your statistics:
- Number of completed workouts
- Week streak
- Steps taken today*
- Average steps per day last week*
- Energy burned today*
- Your heart rate*
- Number of progress tests completed
*You’ll need to enable the Apple Health integration or Google Fit integration for the app to see your steps, energy burned, and heart rate information.
Progress Tests
This is where you’ll see how many progress tests you’ve done, and your best scores for those tests.
Click on your name at the top right corner and then select Profile:
Edit profile
Head here to update your name, profile picture, username, date of birth, and gender.
Statistics
This is where you’ll see the number of workouts you’ve completed, your current week streak, and how many progress tests you’ve completed.

Progress photos
