For longevity and health, exercise and eating a healthy and varied diet is essential, so of course, I want to encourage everyone to start working out, not solely for the aesthetics of it alone, but for how it will change your health. And I don’t mean a 6-week shred for a photoshoot; I mean creating a healthier and fitter version of you. It can be tough to start but I will give you some points to consider.
