We get it; sometimes life gets in the way and you might need to reschedule. Here’s how to remove workouts from your calendar so you can fit them back in at another time.
Remove or reschedule an individual workout
- Go to the Home area of the app
- Tap on the calendar icon at the top, next to the notification bell
- Tap on the day of the workout you want to reschedule
Now tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
- Tap Remove from calendar or Reschedule
- If you tap Reschedule, you’ll be asked to choose a new date and time for the workout
Remove a series or program
- Go to the Home area of the app
- Tap on the calendar icon at the top, next to the notification bell
- Tap into the appropriate day, depending on what you want to remove:
- Want to remove the entire series or program? Scroll back and tap into the date where you scheduled Day 1.
- Want to remove the remaining workouts of the series or program? Tap into the date from which you want to remove the remaining workouts.
Now tap the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
- Select Remove from calendar
Tap This program/series
- You'll be asked to confirm – click Delete
Reschedule a series or program
- Go to the Home area of the app
- Tap on the calendar icon at the top, next to the notification bell
- Tap on the day from which you want to reschedule the series or program, i.e. if you want to shift the remaining workouts from today until next week, tap on today's date
Now tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
- Tap Reschedule
- Choose a new date and time for your series or program to resume from
You'll be asked if you want to Move only this workout or Move all following workouts – choose Move all following workouts to move the remaining workouts from this date onward
Remove or reschedule an individual workout

- Click on the day of the workout you want to reschedule
- Now click on the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
Select Reschedule
- Choose a new date and time for this workout
- You’ll also have the option to add a workout reminder at this stage
- Click Reschedule workout
Remove an individual workout
- Go to the Calendar area at the top of the website
- Click on the day of the workout you want to remove
- Now click on the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
- Select Remove from calendar
Remove a series or program
- Go to the Calendar area at the top of the website
- Click into the appropriate day, depending on what you want to remove:
- Want to remove the entire series or program? Scroll back and click into the date where you scheduled Day 1.
- Want to remove the remaining workouts of the series or program? Click into the date from which you want to remove the remaining workouts.
- Now click the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
Select Remove from calendar
Click This program/series
- You'll be asked to confirm – click Remove
Reschedule a series or program
- Go to the Calendar area at the top of the website
- Click on the day from which you want to reschedule the series or program, i.e. if you want to shift the remaining workouts from today until next week, click on today's date.
- Now click on the three dots at the top right corner of the workout
Select Reschedule
- Choose a new date and time for your series or program to resume from
- You’ll have the option to add a workout reminder at this stage
You'll be asked if you want to Move only this workout or Move all following workouts – choose Move all following workouts to move the remaining workouts from this date onward
