If you add a program to your CGX calendar, Caroline’s suggested rest days will be scheduled in automatically.
However, if you’d prefer to set your own rest days, we suggest:
- Adding each individual workout of the program to your CGX calendar manually
- Leaving gaps where you want your rest days to be
To find each individual workout within a program
- Go to the Discover area
- Click into the Programs tab
- Now go to the program you want to complete
- Scroll down to the full list of individual workouts
