There are a few things to check...
- Have you logged in correctly?
If you log in to CGX in a different way to how you usually log in, this might accidentally create a brand new profile for you. This new profile won't have your workout stats in it, so that might make it seem as though you've lost your week streak. Just log out and then log back in using the same method you used when you first signed up. - Have you done a workout on three separate days of the week?
You need to work out on three (or more) separate days of the week for that week to count towards your week streak. Doing three workouts across one or two days won't count towards your week streak. - Did you remove any workouts from your workout history?
This might affect your week streak. Remember, you need to have completed a workout on a minimum of three separate days of the week to count towards your streak. If you remove a workout that you did in the past, CGX might now think you only worked out on two days that week and will drop your streak. - At CGX, we consider a week to begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday.
It's worth bearing this in mind as you work towards maintaining your week streak. - Make sure your app is up to date.
It's always a good idea to make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of the CGX app. Head to the app store on your device, search 'CGX', and tap 'Update' if there's an update available for you.
