We’re aware that the week streak has disappeared or been reset for some people using CGX. We know how important it is to track your progress accurately, so we understand how disheartening this must be.
Our team is investigating this as we speak, and we really appreciate your patience as we work through this together. We'll update this page as soon as we have an update on this for you.
In the meantime, there are a couple of things to check...
- Have you logged in correctly?
If you log in to CGX in a different way to how you usually log in, this might accidentally create a brand new account for you. This new account won't have your workout stats in it, so that might make it seem as though you've lost your week streak. Just log out and then log back in using the same method you used when you first signed up.
- Have you done a workout on three separate days of the week?
You need to work out on three (or more) separate days of the week for that week to count towards your week streak. Doing three workouts across one or two days won't count towards your week streak.
- At CGX, we consider a week to begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday.
It's worth bearing this in mind as you work towards maintaining your week streak.
