How do I update the app?

Follow the step-by-step guides below to update the CGX app on your device. 


I'm using the app on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap the search icon at the bottom right corner (the magnifying glass)
  3. Search "CGX" in the search bar at the top
  4. Tap on the CGX app in the results
  5. Tap the blue Update button
Don't see an Update button? If you see an Open button instead, that means the app is already up to date.

 

I'm using the app on an Android device

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Search "CGX" in the search bar at the top
  3. Tap on the CGX app in the results
  4. Tap the blue Update button
