In a recent update to CGX, we added alerts for workouts. These give you a notification before your scheduled workout time. 

When you try to reschedule a workout on the CGX app, you might see this message: "Alert can be scheduled only for current or future time". This means there's an alert set up for your workout and you'll need to reschedule it, too. 

1. On the workout reschedule screen, scroll down
2. You'll see the alerts area there
3. You can choose to remove the alert or reschedule it for a new time
