Dive into Day 1 immediately by tapping the Let’s go! button.
Choose a date to start the series or program
You can schedule a date in your CGX calendar to start the series or program. To do this:
- Tap the calendar icon
- Pick a date that works for you on the calendar screen
- Select your preferred starting time
- Tap Done
Recommended skill level
Each series or program provides a recommended skill level to give you an indication of whether it is appropriate for where you are in your fitness journey. They can be marked as suitable for beginners, intermediate / advanced for those who are at that level, or both if suitable for any skill level.
Types of exercise
Each series or program provides a list of exercise types to help you understand what sort of activities it will contain. This includes cardio / HIIT, mobility and stretching, warm-ups, and strength.

To add a series or program to your favourites, tap the heart icon at the top right corner. Series and programs added to your favourites will be displayed in the Home area for easy access.
