Record the number of reps you completed
Enter the number of reps you were able to complete within the timer period. This way, you can reflect on your starting point / previous recording to gain insight into your progress. The date will be applied automatically.
People who participated
Each progress test shows a list of CGX community members who have participated. When you complete the challenge, your name will be added to this list!

At the bottom, you’ll find the Comment area. Here you can read thoughts and reflections left by other community members about a particular progress test.
